Zan Ray has been in the hair industry for 50+ years. She owned three successful salons; created the first apprenticeship program and was privileged to be the first Aveda Concept Salon in Austin, Texas.  Along with her career as a hairdresser, Zan has been Life Coaching clients all over the United States for the past 30 years.  As a coach, Zan’s focus is working with salon owners and hairdressers to clarify, meet and exceed their goals, including, revenue growth, client acquisition, product sales, maintaining clarity and most importantly, having personal fulfillment.
