The different obstacles and challenges in his life have led him to mentor troubled youth and adults who have been in and out of prisons and trying to get their lives back on right track. Ivan travels the world teaching motivational seminars and barber education classes and continues to make his mark in the hair industry not only as a barber and stylist but also as a trend setter and leader.
